StereoSCAN HE - 3D Measuring System for Highest Requirements

The StereoSCAN HE 3D system was developed for customers who require the highest accuracy measurements.

 

Structured light scanner consists of :

  • An integrated patented MPT (Miniature Projections-Technique) projection unit.
  • Two high resolution digital cameras positioned asymmetrically on either side of the projector.
  • OptoCAT software for processing 3D scan data.

Flexibility:

 

  • Asymmetrical camera set-up implements 10°, 20° and 30° triangulation angles that easily enable the StereoSCAN to capture 3D scan data within  complex areas and deep pockets.
  • Exchangeable high quality Schiender lenses ensure rapid switching between different measurement configurations.
  • Camera modules may be mounted quickly and easily in various positions on the sensor base.  Even small objects can be measured without the need to change the sensor base.
