Accurex Measurement completed its presentations at The Battery Show (Detroit) and WESTEC (Anaheim) on October 7–9, 2025, to strong industry interest. Across both venues our team demonstrated the GapGun, LYNX and TubeInspect systems, showing how fast, non‑contact measurement can be applied directly on the production floor to improve accuracy and reduce inspection cycles.
Attendees saw live demonstrations of gap and flush inspection, automated multi‑point dimensional checks, and precise tube geometry measurement. Conversations with OEMs, Tier suppliers and quality engineers centered on practical implementation: integrating systems into existing lines, validating measurement data, and quantifying efficiency gains and reductions in rework. Several prospective customers requested follow‑up trials and application-specific evaluations.
